T-Mobile Business Internet (2026): Plans, Prices, Speeds and Fine Print

T-Mobile Business Internet for 2026: $35/mo with a voice line, typical speeds, fees, static IP, pros and cons, and how it compares. Free quote comparison.

By GBTech.ai · Published · Last reviewed

Prices are the advertised monthly prices on T-Mobile's business website on November 6, 2026, before taxes and fees. What you pay depends on your address.

T-Mobile Business Internet is fixed-wireless internet. Your business gets online through T-Mobile's 5G cellular network and a gateway or router on-site, so there's no cable or fiber line to install. This guide explains what T-Mobile's business internet plans cost, how fast they typically are, and what the fine print adds. It also covers when 5G works as your main connection and how T-Mobile compares with Spectrum, AT&T, Comcast and Verizon for a business with 4 to 250 employees.

T-Mobile Business Internet pricing at a glance

Plan Who it's for Price with a T-Mobile voice line Price without discounts
Unlimited Business Internet ("5G Business Internet") Any size business $35/mo $70/mo
Small Business Internet: Rely Fewer than 10 employees $35/mo with AutoPay $60/mo
Small Business Internet: Amplified Fewer than 10 employees $45/mo with AutoPay $70/mo
Small Business Internet: All-In Fewer than 10 employees $55/mo with AutoPay $80/mo
SuperBroadband (5G + Starlink, managed) Sites that need guaranteed uptime From $250/mo per site, 36-month term Same

Sources: T-Mobile for Business [1] [2]; SuperBroadband pricing from Light Reading [6]. The $70 figure for Unlimited Business Internet is the advertised $35 plus the $35 monthly bill credit that requires a business voice line. The credit is a limited-time offer, limited to 20 lines per account.

For most offices, T-Mobile Business Internet costs $35 to $80 a month, depending on whether you have a T-Mobile phone line, before taxes and fees. The Unlimited and Small Business plans are month-to-month and include a 5-year price guarantee [1]. The Small Business plans are only for businesses with fewer than 10 employees, so larger teams choose between Unlimited Business Internet and the managed plans [2].

T-Mobile Business Internet plans in detail

Unlimited Business Internet

T-Mobile's main business plan is advertised as "America's fastest 5G internet for just $35/mo" with an eligible voice plan. T-Mobile bases the speed claim on Ookla data for the second half of 2025, and its FAQ adds a 5-year price guarantee [1].

  • How you get $35: the price includes $35 in monthly bill credits, a limited-time offer. The credits require qualifying credit, a T-Mobile business voice line and a new Unlimited Business Internet line. They stop if you cancel lines or change plans, and they're limited to 20 lines per account [1].

  • Equipment: your choice of a business-grade router or a Wi-Fi 7 gateway, with no monthly equipment fees. There's a one-time $35 device connection charge, covered below [1].

  • Business features:

    • Firewall, VPN support and content filtering are built in.
    • Separate business and guest Wi-Fi.
    • Static IP, remote management and up to 3 mesh nodes are available as upgrades.

    Source: [1].

  • Setup: "Most businesses are up and running in under an hour" with self-install through the T-Life or Inseego app. Professional installation is available [1].

Small Business Internet (fewer than 10 employees)

T-Mobile's Small Business Internet plans are "ideal for solo entrepreneurs and smaller teams of less than 10 people" [2].

Plan With AutoPay and any voice line Without discounts What's different
Rely $35/mo $60/mo Unlimited data, high-performance gateway
Amplified $45/mo $70/mo T-Mobile's fastest speeds with no speed caps, premium Wi-Fi 7 gateway
All-In $55/mo $80/mo Adds the TechEdge Suite: a Wi-Fi mesh extender as needed, Advanced Cyber Security, 24/7 live tech support and a gateway upgrade

Source: T-Mobile Small Business Internet [2]. The AutoPay discount requires a bank account or debit card; otherwise it's $10 more per line per month.

T-Mobile's current Small Business offer is up to $200 back on a virtual prepaid card when you switch [2]. If you're deciding between the two lineups: Unlimited Business Internet is open to any size business. It's the plan T-Mobile markets with a business-grade router option, built-in firewall and VPN support, and an optional static IP [1].

SuperBroadband (5G plus Starlink)

T-Mobile launched SuperBroadband on April 28, 2026. It's a managed service that combines T-Mobile 5G with SpaceX's Starlink satellite network and switches between them automatically [5].

  • Uptime guarantee: T-Mobile backs it with a 99.99% uptime guarantee and a credit equal to 20% of the base monthly cost when the guarantee isn't met. It's available only where both T-Mobile 5G business internet and Starlink coverage exist [1]. Conditions apply. For example, there's one credit per month, and the outage must be a continuous loss of connectivity of at least 4.3 minutes [5].
  • Price and term: Light Reading reported pricing from $250 a month per site plus a $35 device connection charge, on a 36-month commitment [6].

How fast is T-Mobile Business Internet?

T-Mobile publishes typical speed ranges for its 5G internet plans [3]:

Plan (on 5G) Typical download Typical upload Typical latency
Wireless Business Internet 91 to 361 Mbps 21 to 38 Mbps 18 to 36 ms
Small Business Internet: Rely 133 to 415 Mbps 12 to 55 Mbps 16 to 28 ms
Small Business Internet: Amplified and All-In 170 to 498 Mbps 12 to 55 Mbps 16 to 28 ms

Some addresses are served over 4G LTE instead of 5G. There, T-Mobile lists typical Wireless Business Internet speeds of 24 to 111 Mbps down and 5 to 23 Mbps up [3] [1].

T-Mobile doesn't publish a speed range under the "Unlimited Business Internet" name; the closest match on its disclosure is the "Wireless Business Internet" row. T-Mobile says the ranges reflect national performance on recent devices, so speeds at your address may differ [3].

For an independent view, Ookla's Speedtest data for the second quarter of 2026 put T-Mobile's median fixed-wireless speeds at 222.72 Mbps down and 18.12 Mbps up, with 46 ms latency. That was the fastest of the three national fixed-wireless providers, ahead of AT&T and Verizon. These figures come from home internet customers' speed tests [8].

What this means in practice:

  • Downloads are usually plenty for a small office.
  • Uploads are modest. Video calls are fine, but large file uploads and all-day cloud backups will be slower than on fiber.

Is T-Mobile Business Internet good enough as your main connection?

T-Mobile says fixed wireless "can be used as a primary business internet connection, depending on service availability and a business's connectivity needs" [1]. It tends to suit:

  • Small offices, shops and restaurants with moderate traffic: card readers, email, web apps and video calls.
  • New, temporary or hard-to-wire sites, where waiting weeks for a cable or fiber install isn't an option.
  • A backup line for a cable or fiber connection from another carrier.

Be more careful if your business:

  • Needs guaranteed performance. Standard T-Mobile Business Internet "does not include a published uptime SLA" [1].
  • Moves a lot of data. Customers can see lower speeds than others during congestion, with further reductions above 1.2 TB a month [1].
  • Hosts services or needs a fixed address. Static IP is a paid upgrade on select business-grade routers [1].

T-Mobile business phone pricing

T-Mobile's main business phone offering is its mobile plans [7]:

Plan Price per line, 6 lines with AutoPay Highlights
CoreMobile $21/line ($125/mo) Speeds may be reduced during congestion after 50 GB a month
ProMobile $34/line ($200/mo) Reductions after 200 GB a month; up to 4K video streaming
SuperMobile $42/line ($250/mo) Business network slice, built-in Threat Protect security and T-Satellite coverage

Source: T-Mobile business phone plans [7]. Plus taxes and fees, and a $35 device connection charge per line. The 5-year price guarantee covers the monthly price for on-network talk, text and 5G data.

You need a T-Mobile voice line to get the lowest business internet prices [1].

Backup and fiber options from T-Mobile

  • Business Backup Internet: this plan takes over automatically when your main internet provider has an outage [2]. The Mobile Internet Resource Center listed it at $20 a month as of May 2026 [12]. Confirm the current price with T-Mobile.
  • Fiber through partners: T-Mobile's fiber joint ventures sell business fiber under their own brands in select areas. For example, T-Fiber by Metronet Business advertises its 100 Mbps Business Essential Internet plan for $59.95 a month when bundled with Business Voice, with a 5-year price guarantee and a required 60-month contract [11].

Fees and fine print to budget for

  • $35 device connection charge per line, due at sale [1].
  • Regulatory Programs and Telco Recovery Fees of up to $2.60 per internet line, plus federal and local surcharges [1].
  • AutoPay discount: on the Small Business plans, it requires a bank account or debit card; otherwise it's $10 more per line per month [2].
  • Equipment return: return the gateway undamaged or pay up to $750 (Unlimited Business Internet) or up to $370 (Rely) [1] [2].
  • Location: service is for use only at the address you provide at activation, and credit approval is required [1].
  • Price guarantee scope: the 5-year guarantee covers the internet data price, not taxes and fees [1] [4].

What changed in 2026

  • SuperBroadband launched (April 28, 2026). T-Mobile also said its unlimited 5G Business Internet "expanded to millions of new business locations" [5].
  • Unlimited Business Internet's current price. It's now advertised at $35 a month with a business voice line, plus a 5-year price guarantee [1].
  • UScellular customers have joined T-Mobile. T-Mobile bought UScellular's wireless operations in 2025 [13].

Pros and cons of T-Mobile Business Internet

Pros

  • Low price with a T-Mobile voice line: $35 a month through a limited-time bill credit, with a 5-year price guarantee [1].
  • Month-to-month, with no annual contract and no early termination fees [1].
  • Up and running in under an hour, with equipment included and no equipment fees [1].
  • Business features on the main plan: firewall, VPN support, content filtering and guest Wi-Fi, plus an optional static IP [1].
  • The fastest national fixed-wireless network by median download speed in Ookla's Q2 2026 data [8].
  • Highly rated. T-Mobile ranked highest among small businesses (1 to 19 employees) and large enterprises, and second among medium businesses, in J.D. Power's 2026 U.S. Business Wireless Satisfaction Study, which covers mobile service [9]. It also ranked highest among national wireless internet providers in J.D. Power's 2026 home internet study [10].
  • A clear upgrade path for uptime: SuperBroadband adds Starlink and a 99.99% uptime guarantee [1].

Cons

  • Speeds vary with network traffic. Any customer can be slowed during congestion, with further reductions above 1.2 TB a month [1].
  • Modest upload speeds: typically 21 to 38 Mbps on Wireless Business Internet [3].
  • No uptime SLA on standard plans [1].
  • The best prices need a T-Mobile voice line. Without one, Unlimited Business Internet is $70 a month [1].
  • Extra charges: a $35 device connection charge, per-line fees and gateway non-return charges [1].
  • Availability depends on the address, and some locations only get 4G LTE [1].
  • Static IP pricing isn't published [1].

Who T-Mobile Business Internet fits best

  • Small offices and storefronts that mostly download, and want a low, fixed price without a contract.
  • Businesses with T-Mobile phone lines, since the voice-line credit cuts Unlimited Business Internet from $70 to $35 a month.
  • New locations, pop-ups and job sites that need service quickly.
  • Any business that wants a backup line on a different network from its cable or fiber service.

  • T-Mobile vs. Verizon and AT&T fixed wireless: All three sell 5G internet for business:

    • T-Mobile: $35 a month with a voice line, or $70 without.
    • Verizon 5G Business Internet: $69 a month, $35 with a qualifying smartphone plan using a $30 mobile-line credit plus a $4 internet offer credit (offer ends January 10, 2027), and a 10-year price guarantee in select areas.
    • AT&T Internet Air for Business: $55 for new customers, $35 with an eligible wireless plan.

In Ookla's Q2 2026 data for home internet customers, T-Mobile had the fastest median download of the three: 222.72 Mbps, against 160.43 Mbps for AT&T and 126.53 Mbps for Verizon.

  • T-Mobile vs. cable (Spectrum, Comcast): Cable plans reach 1 to 2 Gig downloads and don't depend on cellular network conditions. On most plans their uploads are limited too: 20 to 50 Mbps on Spectrum's 500 Mbps to 1 Gig plans, and as low as 35 Mbps on Comcast in some areas. Spectrum has no contract; Comcast requires a 1-year term.

  • T-Mobile vs. fiber (AT&T, Verizon Fios, Frontier): Fiber uploads as fast, or nearly as fast, as it downloads, and doesn't depend on cellular network conditions. Without a phone bundle, entry fiber plans cost less than T-Mobile's $70: Frontier 500 Mbps is $49.99 with bank Auto Pay, AT&T 300 Mbps is $60 online and Fios 300 Mbps is $69. With a phone bundle, Frontier 500 Mbps drops to $29.99 and AT&T 300 Mbps to $40. If fiber reaches your building, T-Mobile can still make a good backup line.

How much is T-Mobile Business Internet?

Unlimited Business Internet is advertised at $35 a month. That price includes a $35 monthly bill credit that requires a T-Mobile business voice line, so the plan is $70 a month without one [1]. For businesses with fewer than 10 employees, the Small Business Internet plans are:

  • Rely: $35 a month ($60 without discounts)
  • Amplified: $45 a month ($70 without discounts)
  • All-In: $55 a month ($80 without discounts)

The discounted prices require AutoPay and any voice line [2].

How fast is T-Mobile Business Internet?

Does T-Mobile Business Internet have a contract or data cap?

There's no annual contract and no early termination fee. Data is unlimited with no hard cap. During congestion, T-Mobile may prioritize other traffic, and customers using more than 1.2 TB a month may see further slowdowns [1]. T-Mobile says SuperBroadband and other managed services may require a contract term [1]; Light Reading reported a 36-month commitment for SuperBroadband [6].

Can I get a static IP address with T-Mobile Business Internet?

Yes. T-Mobile offers static IP as an upgrade on select business-grade routers, for businesses that need a consistent address for VPN access or hosted services. It doesn't publish the price [1].

Do I need a T-Mobile phone line to get the best price?

Yes. The $35 Unlimited Business Internet price requires a business voice line, and the Small Business Internet discounts require AutoPay and any voice line [1] [2].

Can T-Mobile Business Internet be used as a backup connection?

Yes. T-Mobile sells Business Backup Internet, which takes over automatically during an outage [2]. For sites that can't go down, SuperBroadband combines 5G and Starlink with a 99.99% uptime guarantee [1].

What's the difference between T-Mobile Business Internet and T-Mobile Home Internet?

T-Mobile says Business Internet includes priority data access, dedicated 24/7 business support, static IP availability, and security features such as a firewall, VPN support and content filtering. None of these are standard on residential plans [1]. T-Mobile's fine print also says business internet customers may see lower speeds than other customers during congestion [1].
