  • Do you support Microsoft 365 and email security?

    Yes. We license, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, and Business Premium tenants — including Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, Defender, Intune, and SharePoint and OneDrive backup with Acronis.

  • What is included in your cybersecurity stack?

    Pro adds Huntress managed EDR, Huntress Managed SAT, DNSFilter, Hudu, 1Password Business, and quarterly reviews. Enterprise adds ThreatLocker, vCISO advisory, Acronis immutable backup and disaster recovery, monthly reviews, and VIP helpdesk.

  • How is pricing structured?

    GBTech.ai uses four per-user packages — BYOL, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise — plus a flat $750 setup fee. BYOL is for clients with existing Microsoft 365 licenses; Standard, Pro, and Enterprise include Microsoft 365 as described on the pricing page.

  • Do you require long-term contracts?

    No. We offer month-to-month after an initial 3-month onboarding term. We earn the relationship every month — no auto-renewing 36-month lock-ins.
