What Optimum Business actually does
Optimum's business internet comes with security included, and a fiber option is available in some areas. A backup connection keeps you online during an outage. Its hosted voice service is a cloud phone system with mobile and desktop apps. For larger sites, Optimum offers dedicated internet over fiber, Ethernet between locations and a separate service that watches for DDoS attacks (floods of fake traffic).
