Comcast Business Pricing (2026): Internet, Phone and Mobile Plans

Comcast Business prices for 2026: first-year rates, year-2 and year-3 increases, the 5-year price lock, phone, mobile, fees and a free quote comparison.

By GBTech.ai · Published · Last reviewed

Prices are the advertised monthly prices on Comcast Business's website on November 6, 2026, before taxes and fees. What you pay depends on your address.

Comcast Business simplified its small-business internet lineup in 2026 under the name "Total Solutions Advantage." There are four cable internet speeds, each sold two ways: a lower first-year price that climbs in years two and three, or a 5-year price lock. This guide covers what each option costs over time, what the fine print adds, and how Comcast compares with Spectrum, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon for a business with 4 to 250 employees.

Comcast Business pricing at a glance

For one office, Comcast's internet costs $70 to $180 a month in the first year (offer ends November 8, 2026), or $110 to $220 a month with the 5-year price lock, before taxes, fees and equipment.

Comcast Business internet plans and prices

Every plan includes SecurityEdge, Comcast's basic network security, along with no data caps, 24/7 support and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Gig-speed plans include equipment at no extra cost [1].

Source: Comcast Business internet plans page and its offer details [1]. Prices include a $10/mo discount for paperless billing plus automatic payments from a bank account. Under 1-year pricing, regular rates apply after month 36, or sooner if you cancel or change any service. Offers are for new customers; the 1-year offers on Standard, Gigabit Extra and 2 Gigabit end November 8, 2026.

What to know before you order:

  • The first-year price doesn't last. Comcast calls this option "1-year pricing," but it's really a three-year price schedule on a 1-year contract. The fine print raises the monthly charge in month 13 and again in month 25. For example, the Standard plan goes from $70 (offer ends November 8, 2026) to $100, then $140. After 36 months, or if you cancel or change any service, regular rates apply [1].
  • The 5-year lock is the predictable option. It costs more up front, but "your service rate is guaranteed for 5 years," and it still requires only a 1-year contract [1]. Over three years, the Standard plan costs $3,720 on 1-year pricing and $3,960 with the lock (our math from Comcast's prices, before any required add-on). By year three, the lock is $30 a month cheaper on every tier, and in years four and five it keeps you at the same price while 1-year pricing moves to regular rates.
  • Both options require a 1-year term agreement, and an early termination fee applies [1].
  • The Standard plan's 1-year offer requires a paid add-on. Comcast's fine print requires one qualifying service "for an additional monthly charge": SecurityEdge Preferred, Wireless Connect or Comcast Business Mobile. The same fine print quotes "$50 a month pricing," which doesn't match the $70 on the plan card (offer ends November 8, 2026), so confirm the real monthly total on your quote [1].
  • Add-on discount. Each qualifying add-on also takes $10 a month off, up to $30 [1].
  • Payment method matters. Without paperless billing and bank-account automatic payments, the price rises by $10 a month. Accounts on paper bills pay a $3.95 monthly statement fee, except in Maine, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia [1].
  • Equipment and installation. Comcast requires its next-gen equipment for the advertised prices. It's included on the gig plans but costs extra on Standard and Performance. Installation, taxes and fees are extra on all plans, and Comcast doesn't list these amounts on its plan page [1].
  • Upload speeds vary by area. Comcast's plan page lists only download speeds. Its network disclosure (with a speed table dated May 2024) shows uploads as low as 35 Mbps in areas that haven't been upgraded. They're faster in upgraded areas, and symmetrical in areas with Comcast's newest network technology [3]. Ask what upload speed your address gets.
  • Dedicated options for bigger needs. Comcast offers Dedicated Internet with up to 300/300 Mbps over its cable network and a 99.99% uptime service-level agreement. In November 2025, Comcast said it was available to more than 3.5 million businesses [8]. Dedicated pricing is by quote.

Comcast launched the Total Solutions Advantage lineup on March 30, 2026 [2]. Comcast passed about 65 million homes and businesses at the end of 2025 [10].

Comcast Business phone and mobile pricing

Comcast Business Mobile is sold only to Comcast Business Internet customers [4].

Plan List price With 3-year discount With 3-year + 4-line discount
Standard (50 GB of high-speed data per line, then may slow during congestion) $40/line $30/line $20/line
Pro (unlimited high-speed data) $50/line $40/line $30/line

Sources: Comcast Business Mobile pages [4] [5]. The discounts last 36 months, and the lowest price needs 4 or more lines; mobile has no annual contract. The offers end January 21, 2027. There's a $10 activation fee per line, and Comcast's fine print adds a $25 per-line monthly charge if you don't keep a qualifying Comcast service (Internet, TV or Voice).

Business phone lines. Comcast's phone page lists Voice Mobility (business lines that work on any device), VoiceEdge (a hosted phone system for businesses with 8 or more employees) and PRI/SIP trunks, but no prices. You request a quote [6]. One analysis of Comcast's 2026 state price lists, published by CloudTalk, a competing phone provider, puts typical prices at:

  • Voice Mobility: about $44.95 per line for the first three lines when bundled, and $29.95 from the fourth line.
  • VoiceEdge seats: $24.95 to $44.95 per seat, plus equipment fees.

Source: [7]. Treat these as estimates and get a written quote.

Backup and security add-ons

  • Wireless Connect: $35 a month. It keeps you online through outages by switching automatically to cellular networks and Wi-Fi hotspots, and it includes battery backup and professional installation [8]. It also counts toward the $10-a-month add-on discount [1].
  • SecurityEdge Preferred: $40 a month on plans under 1 Gig, or $60 on gig plans. It adds a network firewall, intrusion detection and anti-malware with no per-seat licenses [9].
  • SecurityEdge limits: Comcast says SecurityEdge requires a leased router, doesn't work over public Wi-Fi, and may not work over Wireless Connect, VPNs or some DNS services [1].
  • Static IP addresses: offered in blocks of 1, 5 or 13 addresses. Comcast doesn't publish the price [11].

Fees and fine print to budget for

  • Term: 1-year term agreement with an early termination fee, on both 1-year pricing and the 5-year lock [1].
  • Price steps: on 1-year pricing, the charge rises in months 13 and 25 [1].
  • Payment: $10 a month more without paperless billing and bank-account AutoPay, plus a $3.95 paper statement fee in most states [1].
  • Equipment and installation: extra, except equipment on gig plans. Amounts aren't published [1].
  • Mobile: a $10 activation fee per line, and a $25 per-line monthly charge without a qualifying Comcast service [5].
  • Voice: quote only [6].

Pros and cons of Comcast Business

Pros

  • Transparent pricing. Comcast's offer details show the year-two and year-three increases up front [1].
  • A 5-year price lock on just a 1-year contract [1].
  • Included in every plan: no data caps, basic security, 24/7 support and a 30-day money-back guarantee [1].
  • Free equipment on gig plans [1].
  • Low-cost mobile lines for internet customers: as low as $20 a line with four or more lines [5].
  • An upgrade path to dedicated service with an SLA without changing providers [8].

Cons

  • 1-year pricing rises twice in three years, ending $70 a month higher in year three on every tier [1].
  • Contract required. Both options need a 1-year term agreement with an early termination fee [1].
  • Upload speeds depend on your area and can be as low as 35 Mbps [3].
  • Unpublished costs. Voice, installation, static IP and lower-tier equipment prices aren't published [1] [6] [11].
  • Mobile is tied to internet, and the lowest mobile price needs four or more lines [5].

Who Comcast Business fits best

  • Offices that want a predictable bill for years, which makes the 5-year price lock the main reason to choose Comcast.
  • Businesses that want basic security included, and a simple add-on path for backup, firewall and mobile.
  • Companies that may outgrow shared internet, since Comcast's Dedicated Internet with an SLA is an upgrade within the same provider.
  • Mobile-heavy teams willing to put 4 or more lines on Comcast Business Mobile.

If your team uploads a lot, ask Comcast for the upload speed at your address. That includes video production, large cloud backups and remote workers connecting to files at the office. Compare it with fiber options from other providers before you sign.

  • Comcast vs. Spectrum: Both are cable providers with limited uploads on most plans. Spectrum has no contract and a lower first-year price, $50 for 500 Mbps online. Comcast requires a 1-year term but lets you lock your price for 5 years. Check which of the two serves your address.
  • Comcast vs. Verizon: Fios and Frontier fiber offer symmetrical, or nearly symmetrical, speeds. Frontier starts at $49.99 a month with bank Auto Pay and no long-term contract, and Fios starts at $69 with a 2-year term. If either reaches your building, compare upload speeds before you sign.
  • Comcast vs. AT&T: In AT&T's fiber areas, Business Fiber runs $60 to $285 a month online, with symmetrical speeds and no annual contract.
  • Comcast vs. T-Mobile: T-Mobile Business Internet is $35 a month with a T-Mobile voice line, or $70 without. It's month-to-month with a 5-year price guarantee, but its speeds vary with network traffic. It can also serve as a backup line. Comcast's own backup add-on, Wireless Connect, is $35 a month.
